The GasCheck Handheld delivers exactly that — in a robust, pocket-sized unit that anyone on the floor can pick up and use immediately.
The GasCheck Handheld is the entry point to EMCO's gas analyser range — and deliberately so. Not every application demands the multi-function capability of a TPC. For facilities that need reliable, fast spot-checking of MAP headspace across different points on the line, a lightweight portable instrument that requires no installation, no warm-up and no technical training is often the most operationally sensible choice.
It ships complete and ready to use — carrying case, testing needle, tubing, septa, USB data stick and EMCO data logging software all included. Two versions are available: GasCheck I measuring O2 and calculated N2, GasCheck II adding CO2 measurement for full modified atmosphere analysis. Both connect to EMCO's data logger software, giving QA managers a simple electronic record of every spot check without manual transcription.
