TPC Air Porosity Tester

EMCO's Porosity Tester utilises our ability to measure flow and pressure with exceptional accuracy. Simply insert a sample of your textile, non woven or polymeric film into the custom manifold and the Porosity tester will almost instantly measure the air porosity of the material. Thus providing a critical quality control test, to confirm if the semi permeable material has been manufactured to the correct specification and performance.

The flow rate can be correlated against calibrated reference pinholes, to give an equivalent hole size in microns.
