Quickly and accurately analyze fat/oil, protein and collagen. Bringing laboratory level analyses to the meat production line with an easy to use and highly repeatable analyser. Tests are simple to undertake and take approximately 5 seconds..
Results are stored in the onboard data storage (up to 10,000 sample files) which can also be downloaded to a USB memory stick (encrypted) directly to a PC or connected to a network.
Thanks to the super easy to use and rapid measurements uses span a wide range of meat packing and processing sector replacing chemical methods for fat or protein analysis, such as Soxhlet, Weibull-Stoldt or Kjeldahl.
Using multi-wavelength NIR reflection, the InfraLab does not require contact with the product sample. The sample dish is placed on the turntable; the InfraLab automatically recognizes that it has been placed there and begins the analysis.
