Quickly and accurately analyze moisture, fat/oil, protein and degree of bake. Bringing laboratory level analyses to the production line with an easy to use and highly repeatable analyser. Tests are simple to undertake and take approximately 5 seconds..
Results are stored in the onboard data storage (up to 10,000 sample files) which can also be downloaded to a USB memory stick (encrypted) directly to a PC or connected to a network.

Using multi-wavelength NIR reflection, the InfraLab does not require contact with the product sample. The sample dish is placed on the turntable; the InfraLab automatically recognizes that it has been placed there and begins the analysis. The InfraLab is designed as a routine replacement for loss-on-drying, Karl Fischer or gravimetric moisture testing and to replace chemical methods for fat or protein analysis, such as Soxhlet, Weibull-Stoldt or Kjeldahl.
